By accessing or using this website, operated by PolicySight Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. What This Website Is

PolicySight builds business applications that run inside an organisation's own Microsoft 365 tenant. This website presents those applications, and offers document templates to download. Nothing is sold directly through the website: applications are purchased through the Microsoft Marketplace under Microsoft's own terms, and services are agreed in writing with each client before any work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, designs, graphics, screenshots and branding, is the intellectual property of PolicySight Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or reuse it without our written permission, other than viewing and sharing links in the ordinary course of using the web. The free templates are the exception, on the terms in section 6.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use this website for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the website
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
