The tour with Lucy

Lucy walks through Governance Hub, screen by screen.

Seven minutes on the real product: what a committee secretary does today, how the portal takes it over, and what you own at the end. No slides, no sales deck.

Lucy is an AI presenter. Her words are scripted and Chris reads every line before she says it.

What's inside

Your board is sorted. Everything beneath it isn't.

The audit committee, the risk group, the project board, the panel and the working group usually run on a shared folder, a document full of actions and a long email chain. Governance Hub holds it all in one place, calculates quorum live as attendance is recorded, and builds the audit trail while people work.

Yours to keep

One price, and it is yours.

Governance Hub installs into your own Microsoft 365 as a packaged solution: people sign in with the work account they already have, papers stay in your own SharePoint, and PolicySight hosts nothing and holds no customer data. A one-off perpetual licence, with no subscription of ours and no switch on our side to turn off.

For any organisation that runs committees below its board: public sector, private sector or charity, regulated or not, of any size.

£9,999 once, every user included

Support and maintenance is optional, £1,999.80 a year for every release and email support, taken if desired. For an organisation with twenty committee members that is less than two years of a per-user portal, and you own it. Prices exclude VAT.

Registered charities with annual income under £1m pay £4,999 once, every user included, with optional support at £999 a year.

Try it first: a 30-day free pilot in your own Microsoft 365, installed with your administrator on a one-hour call. Everything you set up in the pilot is kept if you go ahead.
