What does Governance Hub cost? £9,999 , and it is yours.

Governance Hub is a one-off perpetual licence. Your own IT team installs it into your own Microsoft 365, the data stays there, and we host nothing. One price: £9,999 once, every user included. Support and maintenance is optional, £1,999.80 a year, taken if desired. For an organisation with twenty committee members that is less than two years of a per-user portal, and you own it.

Optional, taken if desired: £1,999.80 a year, excluding VAT. It brings every release we ship, fixes and new features together, and email support. Twelve-month term, and it renews each year unless you tell us otherwise.

Governance Hub runs on Power Pages, so your users also need a Power Pages licence from Microsoft, on the agreement you already have.

Registered charities with annual income under £1m pay £4,999 once, every user included.

In your own tenant

Your IT team installs the package into your Microsoft 365 tenant. We host nothing, and none of your data ever sits with us.

Kept current

There is one Governance Hub and one release train, so fixes and new features ship together in every release. Support and maintenance brings every release and email support when something needs attention. Without it, the version you hold keeps working for good.

Why one price

Do you need to rent software any more?

Renting bundled two services: building the software and running it. Building is no longer scarce, and your tenant already does the running. All that is left of the subscription is the invoice.

So we charge £9,999 once for the software. Support and maintenance is £1,999.80 a year, 20 percent of the licence, on a twelve-month term that renews, and it is how every release reaches you, fixes and new features together, with email support alongside. Without it, the version you hold keeps working for good. Governance Hub runs on Power Pages, so your users need a Power Pages licence as well, bought from Microsoft on the agreement you already have.
