Business software you own, not subscriptions you rent.
Applications designed deeply for one domain at a time, packaged as a Microsoft solution and installed into the tenant you already pay for. You run the software. Your data never leaves your walls. We add no subscription of our own on top.

The four reasons good software gets blocked are the four reasons it belongs in your tenant.
Vendor management, cost, data residency, and security review. The classic blockers that stall a purchase for months all fall away when the software already lives inside the walls you trust.
Vendor management
One supplier, not a platform vendor. The application ships as a Microsoft solution package into a tenant you already run, and your IT team reviews and approves everything in it.
Cost
We add no subscription of our own on top. You buy the application once and own it, and any platform capacity comes straight from Microsoft at platform rates.
Data residency
Nothing leaves your environment. The data lives in your tenant, under your identity and your policies.
Security review
No months-long review of an outside cloud. Your IT team reviews and approves the package before it goes anywhere near production.
The catalogue
One application is already live. Two more are on the way.
Every one exists for the same reason: a task every corporate runs that never had software of its own. The catalogue grows one product at a time.
AvailableGovernance Hub
Committee governance
While the board gets dedicated software, every committee beneath it runs on documents and email. Governance Hub does for all of them what board software does for one: meetings, actions, referrals and reporting, however many committees you run. Nothing like it has been on offer before.

Operational resilience
Scenarios, schedules, test execution and evidence for disaster recovery testing. For teams who have to prove resilience to auditors and regulators, not just assert it. Next in the catalogue.

Contracts and renewals
Contracts, owners, key dates and renewals in one place, with the documents themselves in SharePoint. For teams tracking agreements in a spreadsheet today. Follows disaster recovery testing.

Governance Hub, the first application in the catalogue.
Committee governance, properly done, for the sub-committees and working groups beneath the board. Power Pages for the interface, Dataverse for the data model, SharePoint for documents, automation woven through.
It did not start as an application. It started as real committee work for a real client, and it earned its way into software one proven piece at a time. We packaged the result so the next organisation gets the finished product on day one.

Getting an application takes four steps.
From first look to live in your tenant: how you decide, how you buy, and how it installs.
01Decide it fits
Look at what the application does and decide it is right for your organisation. If you want a walkthrough first, ask and we will give you one.
02Request it
Tell us you want it. That is genuinely the whole step.
03Sign the agreement
The agreement confirms what you would hope: you pay once and the software is yours to keep, running in your own tenant where we have no access, with no ongoing charge to keep it running. There is one Governance Hub and one release train: fixes and new features ship together in every release. Optional support and maintenance brings every release and help on tap; without it, the version you hold keeps working for good. We keep the intellectual property in the product itself, so every improvement goes into the one product every client installs.
04Install it
We send your IT team the solution package with our guided installer. It checks your tenant is ready before it creates anything, explains each step in plain English as it goes, picks up where it left off if anything interrupts it, and finishes with a verification report showing every component working. About an hour of hands-on time in a single sitting; most of the rest is Microsoft's platform doing its provisioning.
Your IT team will need admin access, Power Pages capacity and an Azure subscription. We send the exact checklist up front, and the installer verifies all of it before it starts.
Where to startEither we have the application you need, or you help shape the next one.
Governance Hub is live, and we will happily show you round it. Disaster recovery testing and contract management are next. If the application you need is not on the list, we can build it for you, installed the same way.
