Registered charities with annual income under £1m pay £4,999 once for Governance Hub, every user included. Whoever looks after your Microsoft 365 installs it into your own tenant, the data stays there, and we host nothing. Support and maintenance is optional, at £999 a year.

Governance Hub runs on Power Pages, so you need Microsoft's Power Pages licence as well. Microsoft's UK price is £153.80 for 100 authenticated users, per site, per month, paid yearly and excluding VAT. Microsoft also meters a pay as you go option, billed on the authenticated users who actually signed in that month, which can suit a small committee. Microsoft sets both, so check the current figures with them when you buy.

Every other organisation, and any charity with income of £1m or more, pays the standard £9,999 once with optional support at 20% a year. That price is on the pricing page.
