We've been doing this since 2018.
It began with documentation. Organisations asked us to write their policies and procedures. Everything PolicySight Ltd, UK, builds now, Governance Hub first, started with what those documents showed us.
Where we started
We wrote down how organisations actually run.
Documentation sounds humble, and it is. It is also the deepest tour of a business you can take. For eight years we captured process after process, across technology, operations, legal and compliance: who does what, when, with which spreadsheet, chasing which approval, evidenced how, for which auditor.
Write enough of it down and patterns appear. Serious work always ran on documents, wikis and goodwill. Handoffs were evidenced by email, registers lived in spreadsheets, actions were chased manually. We didn't just describe processes, we were cataloguing pain.
When we say we know where a process breaks, it is because we've seen it, many times.

Seeing the pain, we started relieving it.
You cannot watch pain that long and leave it alone. So we fixed what we could with the tools the platform offered: SharePoint hubs that gave teams a proper front door, automations that took the manual steps off people's plates. Real relief, and still running today.
But those were the fastest fixes the platform allowed, and we knew it. The full fix, purpose-built software for each job, stayed out of reach for the same reasons it always had: too expensive to build, too complicated to buy, too slow to get approved.
The turn
Then the barriers came down.
Cost, time, expertise: everything that kept purpose-built software out of reach has gone. So now we build the full fix. Complete applications, one domain at a time, installed into the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own.

Built inside Microsoft 365, on purpose.
It is the same choice that ran through the hubs and the automations: stay inside the platform and build with the remarkably capable tools Microsoft already gives you. The applications continue it. Everything we make runs on the Microsoft 365 you already own.
Installing into your own tenant is where the rest of the benefits come from. Your data stays inside your walls, under your security, your policies and your auditors' gaze. Nothing is hosted on our side, and there is no third-party cloud to assess.
It changes the commercials too. Platform capacity comes straight from Microsoft at platform rates, and we add no subscription of our own on top. You buy the application once and it is yours: the licence never lapses, and there is no switch on our side to turn off.
And because it runs where your IT team already governs, they stay in control. They review the package, approve the installation, and manage it with the tools they use every day.
